Return & Refund Policy

In order to keep our prices low, we do NOT offer returns or refunds once your order was processed, shipped and/or downloaded, unless you comply with our money back guarantee policy and have failed your contractors exam. Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped via UPS. Orders placed before 3 PM MST start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 24 business hours. If you place an order after 3 PM MST or over the weekend, your order will ship in the next 24-48 business hours. Download orders are processed the same day. If your order hasn't arrived within five to seven business days, please contact us. If you need expedited shipping you can select it during checkout at an additional cost. Note that sometimes due to state changes and exam updates, we cannot process your order the same day and may take up to 48-72 hours to complete.
